Q: How much do you charge?
A: Our rates are fairly priced based on type of event, size of event, time, location & availability. Once we receive this information from you, we should be able to give you an exact cost amount, to include taxes and discounts.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We service surrounding areas of Mississippi as well to include Memphis, Birmingham, Atlanta, Nashville, Tuscaloosa, and more.
Q: Do you require a deposit to book?
A: While some professional DJs think it's essesntial, we don't. We rely on trust, communication, and our client's committment to secure your date. We also know there are a lot of "upfront costs" associated with planning a wedding or event. No deposit allows us to alleviate some financial pressure you may experience planning your event.
Q: When is full payment due?
A: Payment in full is due the day prior to the start of your event.
Q: What time does the DJ arrive for setup?
A: Our professional DJs are contractually obligated to show up no later 1 1/2 hours prior to the start of your event.
Q: Will we have a meeting to discuss wedding songs and ideas?
A: Yes. Once you fill out your custom wedding questionniare, you can schedule a song meeting to discuss all your wedding ideas, and ask any questions you may have.
Q: Can we submit a playlist?
A: Yes. We do accept playlists to get a general idea of what you want your event to sound like.
Q: Do you offer microphones for ceremonies and events?
A: Yes. We have a wireless microphone system that includes 2 wireless HQ microphones, as well as wireless hands-free lapels.
Q: Do you offer karaoke?
A: Yes. Karoke is offered as an add-on for your event. You may purchase add-ons such as dance light sabors, karaoke, etc.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: We offer a 10% Heroes discount to military, churches, law enforcement, first responders, and non-profit organizations.
Q: If I pay a deposit, is my deposit refundable?
A: Deposit is fully refundable if client cancels no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Due to preparations, booking, and equipment costs for our staff, if a client cancels within the final 48 hours of the event the deposit will not be refunded. Catastrophic events such as weather, death, and hospitialization will warrant full refund, regardless of cancellation timeframe.
Q: What happens if the DJ does not show up or becomes ill?
A: In the unfortunate event our DJ has to cancel, we honor our contractual obligation to return payment in full to our clients.
Q: What kind of music do you play?
A: All genres! Our DJs will cater to you and your preference. We have over 3K songs in our catalog. We will also request a playlist of key songs you believe your guests would enjoy.
Q: Can we choose an hourly rate for our wedding?
A: Unfortunately our hourly rates do not apply to weddings. A wedding couple must choose from our wedding packages.
